If your country is not on the list, please get in touch and we find a way.
- If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.
- Due to the high quality of the materials and fabrics used in Tatudo products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
- After we receive your return product we will refund you the total amount of your order. For return products please contact us by sending an email to customercare@tatudo.eu and we will give you the specific address, and the steps on how to proceed.
- If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and Tatudo will withdraw the shipping costs of the final value of your purchase. For example, if you paid 165€ for your order plus 15€ for shipping we will refund you only the order value.
- After we receive your return product we will refund you the rest of the amount of your order. For return products please contact us by sending an email to customercare@tatudo.eu and we will give you the specific address, and the steps on how to proceed.
