Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping times and delivery costs by country. Please check the estimated shipping time for each country.   
If your country is not on the list, please get in touch and we find a way.
 


Portugal Flat Rate - DPD: 3 to 7 days - 3,99€ 

Spain, France and Germany Flat Rate - DPD: 3 to 7 days - 7,99€

Rest of EU - DPD: 4 to 9 days - 9,99€


For customers outside the European Union import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

RETURNS:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.
  

Returns from Europe:
  • If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.
  • Due to the high quality of the materials and fabrics used in Tatudo products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
  • After we receive your return product we will refund you the total amount of your order. For return products please contact us by sending an email to customercare@tatudo.eu and we will give you the specific address, and the steps on how to proceed.  

 

Returns from outside Europe: 
 
  • If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and Tatudo will withdraw the shipping costs of the final value of your purchase. For example, if you paid 165€ for your order plus 15€ for shipping we will refund you only the order value.
  • After we receive your return product we will refund you the rest of the amount of your order. For return products please contact us by sending an email to customercare@tatudo.eu and we will give you the specific address, and the steps on how to proceed. 
 


CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: 
We don't accept returns or exchanges for customized products.
