Items purchased online from Tatudo may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery

Condition for Return

All return-eligible items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. 

Any custom-made item is non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Please get in touch before returning a product. After contact with us, we advise sending returned packages using a reliable carrier of your choice with tracking to:

We advise using sufficient care and materials to ensure your returned item arrives undamaged and in its original condition. We do not assume responsibility for returned items that arrive damaged. 

Once items are received by TaTudo, refunds are credited to the original form of payment and funds are typically available within 2-5 business days.

TaTudo does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, please contact customercare@tatudo.eu and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you by email to make the return.

Once received, a refund will be paid to your original payment method. Funds are typically returned to the account within 5 business days after processing.
